BUILD MODE — TAP A NUMBER TO CHECK OFF0/5

Break down the sheet

Label the plywood before the first cut and follow the sheet map from largest panels to smallest dividers. Leave track-saw offcuts oversized until the carcass is dry-fit; they become drawer parts later.

Case joinery

Assemble the cabinet on a flat floor with pocket screws facing inward. Check diagonals before tightening the final screws, because the drawer slides will punish even a small twist.

Questions builders ask

Circular saw instead of track saw?

Yes, with a straightedge guide; the map allows for the kerf.
